Select and configure applications for App Specific Settings #88

Would it be possible to add applications directly to the "App Specific
Settings" instead of going through the edit button?

I prefer for notifications to clear on unlock and to hide the edit button, but
if I get an unwelcome notification with those settings I can't fix it. A list
of installed applications to select from and then configure would be really
helpful.

This is probably moot now that there's no edit button needed to change app
settings.

Is this really that important? when you get notifications from unwanted app -
you can edit settings via the action bar (clicking on the notification icon).
If there are no notification from this app - so it irrelevant to edit its
settings.
