Says Accessibility is off and crashing #91

Hi,

The app was running great on my Tmo Gnote2 (4.1.2) and now it keeps claiming 
that the accessibility is off (when it's still on, reset seems to fix it 
briefly) and the app is starting to crash.

I had two OTA updates this weekend that may be the root of the issue.
