Strange use of utility_zgemm #15

In course of the changes in commit 79162e32052269e9ab54891b79d3f3cd06d98fd6, I stumbled upon two strange uses of utility_zgemm in wannierise.F90, lines 2388 and 2359. It should be checked if these strange calls really intended or if it is a bug.
