some stdlib packages have no documentation #3280

Some of the standard library packages have no documentation. We should have some kind of descriptive text for all of the standard library packages.

The following packages are missing documentation:

This issue could be broken out into one issue per package to make it easier to farm out the work.

Not at the moment. Thanks for the link and the help. It's my first time in a open source project but I have experience in the private sector.
