[Bug] QTranslate extension not working on Windows 11 #48

Whenever I click on a button, nothing happens, translation popup is not shown under cursor the way it worked on Windows 10. However, manually pressing "Ctrl + Q" hotkey works and shows QTranslate panel correctly

It works though if you manually edit the extension to use another hotkey with Alt key, for example Alt+K (%k), and set it in QTranslate settings as well... So it seems the problem occurs only with Ctrl key shortcuts
