Show videos of interactions for each composite #14

Add the ability to toggle between a screenshot and short demo clip for each part of a project composite that has a video - this way I can show off animations etc.

Implemented via a 'demo' link in the <CompositeViewer>, as an embed on the page itself might be too fiddly for the user on mobile.
