Installed Xcode, still have Software Update server error #103

I just installed Xcode and get the same error. Terminal says, “no developer tools were found at ‘/Application/Xcode.app’

So I left the Xcode.app file in downloads. I put it into Applications and it worked (I’ve had a MacBook for 6 years but still a Microsoft person at heart, clearly).

Sidecar now works! My iPad is just really pixelated. Off to fix that now! But better than nothing
