Get this error running Catalina 10.15 on mid 2014 Macbook Pro 15" an iPad Pro 12.9 2015 with 13.1.2 Neither wireless nor wired connection works..

Any ideas?

Turns out my Two Factor Authentication wasn't setup properly on my iPad, that fixed the issue
