Hello

I forgot to to backup the original file, Could you please send it to me and let me know how to restore it back.

my second question I patch the sidecar version 10 , now i discovered your version is 13 , how can i patch to the next level? anyway to overwrite the lower version or what i have to do ?

thanks Himaz

I only have 10.15.4 Beta (19E234g) system so I can't give you 10.15.3 system file. You can restore with reinstalling your macOS using Catalina Installer. Install it without erasing your disk it won't erase your data and it will just reinstall the system.

You don't need to upgrade to Version 13 from Version 10. Version 13 contains same patch method with Version 10. Difference between 13 and 10 is guide message enhancement.

Thanks @pookjw for replying me.

so that means that there is no difference between V13 and V10?

Actually sidecar is now working on my macbook air 2017 howver the resolution of the screen is very bad , or may be low Hertz frequency.. Could you please advise any workaround to solve this issue ?

I would like to rely on it as good secondary display.

This is a common issue, and I don't know how to solve this. I am getting this question all day but I can't solve. Sorry.

@pookjw

Thank you for response..

so is that problem exist also if I have new macbook air ?

pookjw commented 4 years ago

or use Duet

himaz commented 4 years ago

@pookjw Do you have a free version on Duet?

Is Duet good quality that I expect?

pookjw commented 4 years ago

It depends on your system performance. I used Duet with i5-7400 iMac and iPad Pro 10.5 before, it's not good quality but usable. No free version.
