electrum ltc wallet causes error if i try to create a new wallet with windows 10 #285

And its even not possible to report this error because an other error occures during sending. all electrum download links for windows have been tried with the same result. Not possible to create a new wallet because of an error happens in the last step after choosing of legacy or segwit wallet
