apiminer exe is not present in the 1.0.0 release #4

Hello,

The windows executable for apiminer is not present in release folder. Could you please check ?

Windows Defender detects the apiminer executable as malicious and deletes the file from archive, leaving only 3 files in the archive (config, DLL and readme).

Downloading the same on linux host and disabaling Defender real-time monitoring solves the problem.
