Support for new expeditions #31

This issue is for tracking support for expeditions introduced in July 18, 2019 patch.

Expeditions include: A4 B3 B4 41 42 43 44 (having requirement checks is high priority, also resource income table)
Expedition selector UI update (as we have more cols and rows, might give some thoughts on that but low prio)

To be resolved: wikiwiki and wikia has conflicting info on exped 10 on bauxite income, 30 vs 40.

Edit: wikiwiki and wikia finally settled on 40.

Note that we now have monthly expeditions, it would be useful to implement indicators to spot whether a monthly expedtion: is done / not done yet / not yet unlocked / etc.

Another sort-of-corner-case concern: if a fleet just meets all the basic requirements (especially those stat-related) and removing any equipment will result in failure, we shouldn't insist on carrying more DLCs for better income - but I feel this is complicated to implement and might not worth the effort.
