Describe the solution you'd like It's a new requirement

Describe alternatives you've considered Currently its being created manually. This led to manual error, inconsistency and hard to answer judicury questions

The issues in BD Act BD Act 2002 does not have seizure section to confiscate the seizure. In case, produce are collected or taken from RF then TNF act 1882 can be applied. If it's outside of RF, produce needs to be seized using Sec 8(1) of Chapter 4 in TN Range admin manual.

No clarity to whom the seizure needs to handover Based on current BD Act, handover the seizure to Judicial magistrate. Follow the Non-ST offence procedure to handover the seizure.
