Add 1 more simple layout and 2 more complex layouts

So that this screen all aligns nicely :)

Be good to have a spanning first block , with a 2 col and 3 col underneath - So something like this below (but in the styley of our existing grey layouts

We need to find 1 more layout for the top section because i've duplicated the 3 col so everything aligns nicely
