More options for mobile menus #1

Hi Alan,

With the release of the mobile menu manager we need to make sure that Font Awesome Menus works with mobile menus. Therefore could we put in the following options (starting after the last option in Font Awesome Menu)

  1. Mobile Menu Item Icon Position (dropdown - left of menu item / right of menu item)
  2. Size of Mobile Menu Item Icons (same as other options)
  3. Remove navigation labels on Mobile Menu? (checkbox)
  4. Choose color of mobile menu item icons

Also, as per the primary nav we need to make sure that the icons are not underlined when hovered over in the mobile menu.

When these are done I will do a thorough test of using both plugins together.

I have done the new options for Font Awesome Menu. I committed to github so you can test both plugins.
