New option - Edit background

Add a new first option under Row settings > Portfolios called Edit Background Images

This is a button that opens a panel just like the Edit Gallery panel in default editor:

Here they can Edit Portfolio Background images and Add Portfolio background images.

This is WIP, but feel free to check it out... Lemme know if we need something modded...

Now After choosing bunch of images in Row Settings, they get updated in content block > Pofo tab > BG image...
