Add options from Row settings > Portfolio into Content Block portfolio #38

These options would be for all items and so would come above the Display across down option:

Portfolio layout Animation (update to Text animation) Hover color Hover color Transparency

Leave Background Images option for now, I will add another ticket.

Please also remove the Portfolio tab and options completely from Row settings.
