Add header background color option to product categories edit screen

When you install WooCommerce (with dummy data), then go to dashboard > Products > categories.

When you edit a category there are some options. Here it would be good to add an option for Header Background Color. The default option should be the one set globally. So it's just like the per page option but per category.

The order should be that the per page/post setting take priority. Then the category setting, then the global setting.

We have the default option in SF customizer, will that do or we should add a new one in customizer specifically for categories? I'm starting on per category till the time I hear from you : )

Maybe we should add it for all taxonomies rather than just product_cat, for product_tag, post category, post tag and any other custom taxonomies that exist? Whaddya say?

I think the default option in Storefront is better as it is less options for the user.

Enabled it for Post Category, Post Tags, Product Category and Product Tags. Color fields and Upload fields also display right. Will be made functional shortly.
