Create first option in meta box #2

On every post and page their should be a meta box for the individual post/page options (see Canvas Page Customizer as an example)

For the first option we want the user to be able to change the header background image and header background color per page or post.

Meta box options are also added. Can't test on demo but committed to GitHub.
