Remove global options in Customizer #30

I think we should remove the global option in layout for show/hide titles. I think it's messy. I think it's a lot cleaner without this one global option.

Again, can you create a branch to save this code and then remove it from master.

Then - also change the show/hide title option per page, post and product to a checkbox instead of a dropdown. This would be changed to 'Hide title' checkbox...
