Hiding title on pages/posts #9

This is an issue with the global setting under WP Customizer > Layout AND per page/post.

It removes the title but leaves the line and some margins there on pages and posts.

I think it should remove all of it. I think this means that it should not display the class 'entry-header' (but at the moment it only does not display the class 'entry-title'
