How did you upgrade to 21.04? (Fresh install / Upgrade)
Upgraded from previous version to 21.04
Related Application and/or Package Version (run apt policy $PACKAGE NAME):
pulseaudio -k fixes the crackling, but then audio still "skips" or has a period of being mute ever 3 or 4 seconds repeatedly.
Issue/Bug Description:
crackling sound happens on every sysytem reboot.
Steps to reproduce (if you know):
If you run an HDMI from your Nvidia 3090 to TV or monitor it happens. Didn't experience this in KDE Neon, or Windows.
