Beta uses military time after upgrade #218

Issue/Bug Description: After upgrading to the beta, the gnome time widget at the top middle of the screen uses military time, whereas before I had it set to not use military time.

You mean the 24h-format is set by default instead of the 12h-format (a.m./p.m.)?

I haven't been able to recreate this, but if you are still seeing the issue we can always reopen.
