Inital Setup desktop file appears in Pop Launcher search #228

How did you upgrade to 21.10? (Fresh install / Upgrade)

I upgraded from Pop!_OS 21.04

Related Application and/or Package Version (run apt policy $PACKAGE NAME):

Issue/Bug Description:

There is this desktop file after upgrade which shouldn't be there in the application list:

gnome-initial-setup.desktop

It is a symlink to this:

/gdm/greeter/applications/gnome-initial-setup.desktop

Steps to reproduce (if you know):

  1. Open Pop Launcher
  2. Search for 'se' as if you are looking for Settings
  3. Find 'Initial Setup' in the list

Expected behavior:

That would not appear in the list similar to how it does not appear in the Applications menu
