How did you upgrade to 21.10? (Fresh install / Upgrade)

Fresh

Related Application and/or Package Version (run apt policy $PACKAGE NAME):

I believe NetworkManager; Network settings

Issue/Bug Description: eth0 not enabled on reboots. Not viewable in Network adapters list, not even after enabling with CLI

Steps to reproduce (if you know): Reboot

Expected behavior: I should be able to choose settings > Network > edit eth0 configuration

Other Notes: I can manually enable with terminal, ifconfig eth0 up and then dhclient -4 eth0 But I shouldn't have to each reboot.

This should be fixed in build 4, can you confirm the filename of the image you downloaded?

Thanks for the reply! Luckily I didn't delete. It was from below:

https://pop-iso.sfo2.digitaloceanspaces.com/21.10/arm64/raspi/3/pop-os_21.10_arm64_raspi_3.img.xz

Seems to be 3... I see 4 added yesterday. Is it possible to fix without reinstall?

A reinstall is recommended for this issue
