Dual boot: Volume reset to 0% #257

How did you upgrade to 21.10? (Fresh install / Upgrade) Fresh install

Issue/Bug Description: Sound volume resetting to 0% on Pop_OS 21.04 is good but on the 21.10 bug.

Steps to reproduce (if you know):

  1. Boot to Pop_OS increase sound volume.
  2. And boot to Windows 10.
  3. Back to Pop_OS and the sound volume reset to 0%

Expected behavior: Not reset.

Other Notes:
