How did you upgrade to 21.10? (Fresh install / Upgrade)

upgraded from 20.10, due to graphics problems the kernel is 21.04 was unusable for me. Graphics are working in 21.10

Issue/Bug Description:

When I wake my computer from Suspend, the horizontal dock on the bottom is displayed vertically and flashes like a strobe light, also all the other apps on the primary desktop flash as well. I cannot interact with any of them.

Steps to reproduce (if you know):

Expected behavior:

Waking should display the dock in the expected position (bottom) and not flash around like crazy.

Other Notes:

On my secondary monitor (without the Dock), everything is fine. I can access the Display settings and toggle the Dock on and off, and sometime toggle other settings, until the dock properly redraws itself at the bottom of the primary display.

I have tried all dock settings available and none have prevented the occurrence thus far.

Thanks for helping test the beta! This looks like a duplicate of https://github.com/pop-os/beta/issues/227

Since we were having trouble reproducing the behavior reliably, I'll mention in that thread that it may be induced by suspending and resuming. If you find more ways to make it happen regularly, adding that to the thread would also be helpful.
