[Acer Predator Triton 500 SE] Game performance on Wayland / nVidia feels like it's not using DGPU in nVidia only mode

How did you upgrade to 21.10? (Fresh install / Upgrade)

Related Application and/or Package Version (run apt policy $PACKAGE NAME):

Last Epoch (Linux native) via launcher

Issue/Bug Description:

In WAYLAND, game behaves as if it's running on integrated GPU, not DGPU, in X, it's no problem, 60+ FPS

Steps to reproduce (if you know):

Switch X > wayland and back

Expected behavior:

FPS>60
