How did you upgrade to 21.10? (Fresh install / Upgrade)
Used pop-upgrade only. Upgraded from 21.04
Issue/Bug Description:
The screen is flickering and looking really wavy while connected to discrete graphics card. When I'm using the option "Integrated graphics" it's working fine
Steps to reproduce (if you know):
Have a laptop with discrete and integrated graphics card.
Connect a display (I'm using vga to hdmi adapter. VGA monitor to HDMI port on the laptop) to the laptop
Make sure that you're using discrete graphics card by default
Expected behavior:
Screen mustn't go crazy and be wavy.
Screenshot is attached(as you can see, the logo is wavy)
