How did you upgrade to 21.10? (Fresh install / Upgrade)

Crash requiring logout happened repeatedly while running a Manjaro VM via virt-manager 1:3.2.0-3.

Issue/Bug Description: Directly above, under quote.

Steps to reproduce (if you know): In Manjaro VM, simply update software. It's worked without issue multiple times in the past, but the moment I installed the updated QEMU components listed above today (and restarted), the crash of the host happened twice within 10 minutes!

Expected behavior: Normal operation without crashes.

Other Notes:

For the twin reasons that removing, sudo apt autoremoveing & reinstalling QEMU & virt-manager components has yet (knock on wood) to cause a crash in the host, and that the expubuntu source seems to be upstream of System76, I'm going to close this issue for now. If I find direct evidence that the behavior seems related to System76 software components or tweaks, I may re-open.
