systemctl reboot -i
programs work, stopping at the exactly the shutdown state, where the laptop is left hanging out behind, with the red LED still on, though nothing happens, forcing the consumer to power it off manually by pressing the power button for 5 seconds.
Steps to reproduce (if you know):
Boot the machine up and try to shutdown or reboot by the logged in user via the CLI of GNOMEGUI.
