2 years ago This is the issue tracker for Pop!_OS 22.04 beta. Is this on 21.10 or 22.04? If this is on 21.10, this issue doesn't apply to this issue tracker.
If this is on 22.04, try running package manager cleanup commands and rebooting:
sudo apt clean
sudo apt update -m
sudo dpkg --configure -a
sudo apt install -f
sudo apt full-upgrade
sudo apt autoremove --purge
sudo apt install pop-desktop gdm3 Then reboot your machine.

How did you upgrade to 21.10? (Fresh install / Upgrade)
