How did you upgrade to 22.04? (Fresh install / Upgrade)

Fresh install

Issue/Bug Description:

I've been having long boot times when I'm using pop os or any debian based distros.( I don't have this issue on fedora or arch)

The boot time on pop os is near 2 minutes for me to reach the desktop, while on arch or fedora the boot time is less than 1 minute (30-60 seconds) After looking at the journalctl and systemd-analyze logs as you can see there is a problem with the display manager (GDM) and xorg loading up. (the systemd-analyze logs don't show anything related to the issue i'm having so this is not related to systemd services and it's related to the display manager and xorg)

Please pay close attention to the journalctl log, specially at the time of 20:34:34 and after.

Journalctl Log journalctl.txt (output of sudo journalctl -b -p0..4)

systemd-analyze logs

Do you have any network services like dropbox that could be slowing down the boot up?
