How did you upgrade to 22.04? (Fresh install / Upgrade)
Upgraded from 21.10
Related Application and/or Package Version (run apt policy $PACKAGE NAME):
apt policy $PACKAGE NAME
io.elementary.appcenter
Issue/Bug Description:
Pop Shop takes 0.5 GB RAM in background
Expected behavior:
It used to take only ~200 MB idle RAM in 21.10 and prev versions
Other Notes:
In my experience, it is just cached content:

If you use something like nonhang -m, you will noticed that almost all memory is freed when required.
