We do not support snaps out of the box. I'd suggest trying the flatpak or deb version instead.
Snaps unfortunately often rely on system libraries so they're only compatible with the version of Ubuntu that they were packaged for.
Was able to fix this on Kubuntu 22.04 by executing sudo snap install gnome-3-28-1804
. This might work on PopOS, too.
How did you upgrade to 22.04? (Fresh install / Upgrade) Upgraded from 21.10. Running Xorg.
