Can't exec cosmic-settings #107

When I click cosmic-settings on the app library, it doesn't open. This doesn't affect other libcosmic apps, or any other app from what I can tell.

Never mind, this was gnome settings. Still don't know why it wasn't opening, but probably gnome has a dependency on processes that have to be open to make its settings work.
