This doesn't yet work, since I wasn't quite able to figure out where the remaining things have moved or if they've been replaced. There are a few commented sections here and there, where I haven't been able to figure out what to do with changed functions (different number of arguments).
Also not quite sure how to update subscription::unfold() to I assume Subscription::run_with_id(), since I'm not sure what to do with the State.
This also tweaks some things, namely the passing of spacing to Group and Application button new functions to instead get the spacing within the functions.
