Not sure if this is intended or not, let me know.

This is a 16x10 1600p display at 200% scaling

At 100% scaling, it also has a scroll bar for me at 1080p. It would probably be best if the App Library resized to fit 3 entire rows, only showing the scrollbar when there's no room (e.g. 200% scaling at 720p).
