Shrink / Grow window with keyboard behaviour #602

Open squalou opened 3 days ago

Hi,

I'm trying to use Super+R or Super+Shift+R to grow / shrink tiled windows.

Something does happen when I ht these keys : a nice "arrow" appears, text telling Super R will Gorw and shit to shrink.

But ... what then ?

The only thing I managed to do was then to use right arrow key on top of Master Shift R, to indeed shrink one window.

But

I'm probably missing something about the intended keystrokes to perform, any clue will be welcome, maybe it'es a bug of I didn't get it right.

(cosmic-epoch built at head yesterday with just sysext )

Thanks all for the job done here !

Press the arrow keys while it is held.

That's what I did, but only one combo had an effect :

this shrinks a window.

Any other combo had no effect.

Anyway, if noone else can reproduce, I'll consider it's my build / my setup, whatever on my side :)

The arrows indicate which directions are possible to shrink towards or grow to.

If I understand well, when a [<] arrow is displayed, I should hit the left arrow key ?

If so, it has no effect.
