Stack tabs don't apply icon theme #645

They only use cosmic icon theme, ignoring user selection

Hey @TheESN is this what you mean where I have a stack and only the icons for cosmic apps are included in the stack header? (I'm just wondering because I came to log that as a feature request and found your issue and thought it might be similar)

For example in this screenshot the cosmic display settings app has an icon in the stack but pretty much no other apps do:

Maybe it's related too, but some applications (For example Nautilus) uses icon from pop icon theme, despite my selection to yaru icon theme @DW8Reaper
