Super + Right click drag may fail on some windows #708

Archlinux, package installed from cosmic-session-git (Chaotic AUR), latest version.

Right clicking on a window with Super held down may:

  1. Bring up the context menu instead of resizing the window
  2. Both bring up the context menu and the resize the window (e.g. Firefox)
