[Bug] - Fullscreen applications can sometimes cause a blackwindow when unfullscreening #868

When you fullscreen some applications it can temporarily cause the screen to go black. A minor nuisance but not bad, What is bad is that sometimes when you unfullscreen them. the monitor will go black and not come back.

I found that playing a youtube video in firefox is the best way to make this issue occur. You can make the issue go away by fullscreening another application like MPV then unfullscreening it.

Perhaps this is related to direct scan out?

I get a very similar issue when using openvt

i noticed this when in fullscreen and press super+m to toggle maximize
