Set dock to "Always hide" and have it at the bottom of the screen
Have two displays - one being below the other
Open the screenshot overlay using Print Screen
Attempt to move the cursor from the top display to the bottom display
Expected Behavior
The cursor moves from one display to the other
Actual Behavior
The cursor will not move from the upper display to the lower one. It can do lower-to-upper, but not the reverse.
Software
Pop!_OS 22.04 LTS
GNOME version 42.5
Other Notes
I am not certain if this specific problem is with cosmic-dock
I do think it is, because this problem only occurs with "Always hide" enabled, and doing so causes the cursor to not be able to pass the bottom of the dock and onto the lower display until the dock opening animation has finished.
I believe whatever is causing this behavior (deliberate or not) is what is causing this bug, I assume because it prevents the cursor from switching displays here until the dock has fully opened, but the dock can't open because the screenshot overlay prevents it.
