[Feature Request] Allow editing files as root #242

Would love to be able to edit files as root like we can with KDE's Kate, when saving it should prompt for root pass. It doesn't do anything right now.

Cosmic-edit version: Running git version with the Commit 9477a47 on ArchLinux
