Issue/Bug description:
Request to have "File->Open" dialog default to the directory/path of the currently selected file's path.
For example, if I have:
1) No files open/saved, default to home directory (no change from current behavior)
2) A file opened from ~/Documents/somestuff, default to ~/Documents/somestuff
Other notes:
My preference would be for the editor to always default to the path of the currently opened file, but a settings option would be sufficient so as to not upset the masses whom may like the current operation.
