[BUG] Changing the volume while watching HEVC x265 10bit videos on mpv, vlc & celluloid causes the video and audio to go out of sync #1022

This may also apply to other types of encoded media. Using bluetooth earbuds

My laptop doesn't actually have x265 hardware support, this may be a issue on my end, or a bug with the application itself
