[BUG] Shutdown/Logout Dialog can be Dismissed by Clicking Anywhere on the Dialog #1023

Bug/Issue The Shutdown/Logout/suspend/restart dialog can be dismissed by clicking anywhere on these dialog box.

Expected Behavior: It should only be dismissed by clicking on "Cancel" button or clicking on anywhere outside these dialog boxes.
