Desktop Dock - Autohide doesn't unhide correctly when moving mouse to the unhide area

Steps to reproduce (on my computer anyway....)

Go to Desktop Settings -> Dock
Enable "Automatically hide dock"
Move mouse down until it hits the bottom of the screen to unhide the dock
The dock very rarely unhides in 1 go
Mostly it rapidly flickers between hiding and unhiding many times
or the dock appears, then hides again before I can do anything

This happens if set to 3 positions: top, right, bottom If set to position left it behaves much much better although still occasionally bounces in and out before I can do anything

Using COSMIC Epoch 1 (alpha 2) on the Pop!_OS 24.04 LTS alpha installed on the day of this ticket

Thanks, that does look similar to my issue, although it's dramatically more unusable for me than what's shown in that video (I can't even get time to click an icon most of the time)

The other issues that mention that issue are more apparent. It's likely a compositor issue, that affects the bottom and right screen edges (and causes more issues that just this).
