This is used by nm-applet, fcitx, Mumble, and many Electron applications.

I recommend against using libdbusmenu, as it is unmaintained and I found two easily triggerable assertion failures without even trying.

https://github.com/pop-os/cosmic-applets/pull/33 has a basic implementation of that. I think the main issue with that was something that we've address in iced-sctk now, so I've been meaning to get around to updating that.
