Known issues with COSMIC on AMD graphics can be linked here, to keep track of them all while having separate issues for otherwise unrelated problems ( similar to https://github.com/pop-os/cosmic-epoch/issues/168 )

• AMDVLK breaking wgpu on AMD GPU https://github.com/pop-os/cosmic-term/issues/30
• older AMDVLK also lacked sufficient support for AMD iGPUs causing wgpu to panic: https://github.com/GPUOpen-Drivers/AMDVLK/issues/310
